• To provide, maintain, and improve the TrueBatch platform
• To generate nutrition labels and compliance reports
• To facilitate Expert Hub consultations with food scientists
• To send service-related notifications and support communications
• To ensure platform security and prevent fraud

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Our infrastructure is hosted on Supabase with PostgreSQL databases featuring row-level security policies and cryptographic audit trails compliant with 21 CFR Part 11.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Expert Hub consultants (only the recipe data you submit for review)
• Service providers necessary for platform operations (hosting, email)
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
