By accessing or using the TrueBatch platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrueBatch provides food formulation, nutrition-label drafting, inventory management, and operational recordkeeping tools for food businesses. The Service includes web-based software, APIs, and related support services.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all recipes, formulations, and data you upload to TrueBatch. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and all related intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Compliance Disclaimer
TrueBatch tools provide drafting aids and rule-based checks; they do not certify compliance or constitute legal or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for verifying inputs and ensuring your products meet all applicable laws and regulations. Expert feedback does not guarantee agency acceptance or regulatory approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueBatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
